When is Check In?
Courtesy check in is now available to owners.
Key cards will be mailed to you 10 days prior to your scheduled
arrival, provided your account is paid in full. You may go directly to
your condominium, however, YOU MUST CALL OUR FRONT DESK 970-722-1100 to
check in. Key cards are programmed to work after 4 p.m. the Friday
your week starts and will expire the following Friday at 10 a.m. If
the key cards are used outside these hours, they will not work. These
cards provide you with additional security features and are only valid
during your stay. Check in time is 4 p.m. the Friday your week starts.
Check out time is 10 a.m. the following Friday. Please respect your
fellow owners and observe these times.
Where is Check In?
Check in at Allegiant Management LLC, located one block past the first traffic light, on the left, as you enter the town of Winter Park. (right next to the 7-11) Our phone number is 970-722-1100 or toll free 800-551-9943.
How can I allow someone else to use my week?
Simply fax or mail your guest’s name and address
to 970-726-4208 attention Debbie Briggs. We cannot accept email authorizations.
Your keys are sent to you without charge. If you would like a
confirmation and keys sent directly to your guest, there is a $20
service fee to do so. Please enclose a check payable to Allegiant
Management, LLC, and their mailing address at least two weeks prior.
If you have banked your week with an exchange company, you do not need
to do anything. The exchange company will provide us with that
information.
What Housekeeping Services will I receive during
my stay? You are welcome to exchange
towels (dirty for clean) at the Guest Service Desk. Additional
housekeeping services are available for a nominal fee.
Are Rental Services available to owners?
We do offer an Interval Rental Program for Pines
owners. The high seasons for rental are December through March, July,
and August. Off-season weeks usually do not rent well. If you will be
unable to vacation during your week, contact Allegiant Management, LLC
for an Interval Rental Agreement or more information. You may also
find a rental agreement at www.pinesatmeadowridge.org under Owner
Advantages.
How do I transfer ownership?
In order to process an ownership change, you
must provide Allegiant Management, LLC with a copy of the recorded
deed transferring title. This deed must be recorded at the Grand
County Courthouse, Clerk and Recorder, P.O. Box 120, Hot Sulphur
Springs, CO 80451. There is a recording fee. Call the Courthouse at
970-725-3347 for details. If you wish to show your unit to a potential
buyer, please pre-arrange with Allegiant Management, LLC to do so on a
Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. so that no owners will be disturbed.
What are the configuration of beds?
Two bedroom units will sleep a maximum of 6
people including one queen bed, two twin beds, and a queen-sized sofa
sleeper. Please do not exceed the maximum capacity.
Are playpens and highchairs available?
Travel playpens can be available in your unit
for $40 ($25 if you pick it up at the Snowblaze Guest Services desk).
Highchairs are free of charge (Only available for pick-up at the Guest
Services desk). Prices listed are for your entire stay.
Do you allow pets?
No animals of any kind are allowed on the Pines
at Meadow Ridge property. You could be fined $250.00 for violation!
Pet boarding is available at Byers Peak Veterinary Clinic in Fraser.

When will I be billed for dues?
Interval Owners and Bi-Annual Owners are billed
twice annually for association dues, January 1 and July 1. Fractional
and Whole Owners are billed monthly. Payment is due 30 days from the
billing date. Your maintenance fee account for all weeks you own must
be current before you can use your week or bank it with an exchange
company. The mailing address for payments is The Pines at Meadow Ridge
Lodges Association, P.O. Box 3133, Winter Park, CO 80482. Master Card,
Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted for payments.
When will I be notified of my week?
As an owners’ service, Allegiant Management, LLC
will send out a reminder letter 4 weeks before your arrival. This will
allow you time to deposit your week with an exchange company. If you
have banked with an exchange company, or put your week on rental, you
may not receive a letter.
How do I exchange my week?
The Pines is affiliated with RCI for domestic
and international trades. Red weeks are 5/25-9/30 and 11/22-4/14 and
blue weeks are 4/15-5/24 and 10/1-11/21. Contact RCI for additional
information at 800-338-7777 or on-line at www.rci.com.
How do I trade internally?
In addition to your home resort, free internal
trades are now available among the four other timeshare properties
managed by Allegiant Management, LLC. Visit your website
www.pinesatmeadowridge.org for more information. You can request
letters be sent to the owners of one week of which you choose to trade
for your week. A service fee of $100 is payable to Allegiant
Management, LLC. One month minimum notice is needed for trade. Contact
